While some people live a life of abundance, others struggle to make ends meet or simply go hungry. The Canadian Mental Health Association (CHMA) said the number of people in crisis can fluctuate based on societal pressures like cost of living, housing or food insecurity.   Our programs focus on helping people:

• In a Financial or Medical Crisis
• Victims of Fraud
• Victims of Abuse or Violence
• People that can’t afford or don’t know how to get professional help (Legal, Medical, Financial etc)
